🦉 Featured Painting: Silent Messenger

There's something magical about owls. They seem to carry a quiet wisdom, appearing just when we need a reminder to slow down and notice the world around us.

I'm excited to introduce Silent Messenger, the newest original painting in my studio and in my Birds & Wildlife Collection. I loved decorating this beautiful barn owl with colorful botanical details while surrounding it with a peaceful Southwest night sky filled with stars, wildflowers, and folk-art patterns.

If you're in the Austin area, I'd love for you to see it in person. Silent Messenger, along with several other TexiPam Art originals, is currently on display at Cloud Tree Gallery & Studios as part of their Summer Salon exhibition.

I hope this owl brings the same feeling of peace to your home that it brought to my studio while I painted it.

🐾 PupWorks Corner

Some dogs chase squirrels...

Some chase tennis balls...

And some simply refuse to leave the swimming pool.

This month's featured PupWorks are celebrating summer the best way they know how—with plenty of splashing, smiling, and soaking up every sunny minute. Whether it's a Golden Retriever waiting patiently for one more game of fetch or a Corgi lounging poolside in style, these paintings capture the joy our four-legged friends find in the simplest moments.

After all... if dogs can find happiness in a kiddie pool, maybe we can all slow down and enjoy summer a little more.

🎨 Around the Studio

I've been spending lots of time exploring new wildlife subjects lately, and I'm having so much fun expanding beyond my familiar dogs and landscapes. Expect to see more owls—and a few other feathered friends—joining the collection over the coming months.
